Don't claim the work as yours : Do NOT appropriate the studio work without CREDIT. It is important to CREDIT the studio at least once on your social media. (Please note, We retain the right to advertise/display commissioned work on our social media and members' profiles with watermarks.)

Ask for the Commercial Use : Please let us know what’s the purpose of the commission. (Additional fees may be applicable based on the nature of the commission.)

Aditional fees : If the commission has extra details, multiple revisions or needs to be expedited to meet a specific date of delivery, it is subject to additional fees.

Refferences : To effectively realize your vision, please provide us with creative ideas along with visual references. If you don’t have visual aids or references, please specify if artistic freedom is granted.

We have the right to refuse commissions : We reserve the right to decline commissions that fall beyond our expertise or comfort zone.

Payments : Payment is divided between design and animation phases.
We offer two payment options:
Option A: 100% of the payment upfront.
Option B: Design payment first followed by animation when the design is already finished.

Refunds : Only if we can't finish the commission.

Art Works : Prior to accepting a commission, please let your artist know that you’re going to animate their art/logo/etc. Additionally, let us know who is the artist in order to credit them.

Cancellations : Only available when no payment has been made yet.
